Cisco Prime Central Login Stuck

Beberapa hari terakhir, teman-teman di maintenance mendapati kasus bahwa portal Cisco Prime Central NGN a.k.a Prime Carrier Management mengalami stuck dan loading terus menerus saat login, meski sudah ditunggu berjam-jam namun portal tidak memberikan respon apapun. Portal hanya loading dan tidak menampilkan home dashboard seperti biasanya.

Step yang saya lakukan saat mendapati hal di atas adalah:

1. Cek status portal

primeuser@primecentralserver[~]# portalctl status
Prime Central Platform Status
Started
primeuser@spgprimcent01 [~]#

2. Restart service portal.

primeuser@primecentralserver[~]# portalctl stop
Stop Prime Central Platform …
Stopping XMP ……DONE
primeuser@primecentralserver[~]# portalctl start
Start Prime Central Platform …
Checking for running servers.
00:00 Check complete. No servers running.
Starting Server …
Getting Application Context
Starting Tomcat
Done with post init hook
Started
00:54 Server started.
Done
primeuser@primecentralserver [~]#

3. Cek status kembali

primeuser@primecentralserver[~]# portalctl status
Prime Central Platform Status
Started
primeuser@primecentralserver [~]#exit
Last login: Fri Feb 13 00:19:17 2015 from 10.10.102.193
[user@primecentralserver ~]$

4. Login.
